Green juice recipes, like Kermit’s Green Juice, have long been a staple of juice detoxes, juice cleanses and juice diets because of their many healthy benefits.

Kermit’s Green Juice Recipe: The Ingredients
- Cucumber: 1 Large Cucumber
- Celery: 6 Stalks of Celery
- Spinach: 1 Handful of Spinach
- Kale: 1 Handful of Kale
- Parsley: 1 Handful of Parsley
- Ginger: 1 Inch Piece of Ginger
- Green Apple: 1 Green Apple
- Lemon: 1/4 Inch Piece of Lemon
Cut all fruits and vegetable to appropriate size for your specific juicer, juice your produce, mix well and drink fresh.
Depending on the type of juicer ( a cold press masticating juicer is best) you use to make Kermit’s Green Juice recipe, you may be able to store your juice in the refrigerator for up to 72 hours, however it is best you drink it immediately.
Juicing Tip: With many juicers it is helpful to alternate between soft and hard vegetables when adding your ingredients to the juicer.
